Odborn\u00e9<br>innosti podpornej \u00farovne tretieho a \u0161tvrt\u00e9ho stup\u0148a zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa z\u00e1kladn\u00fa diagnostiku, \u010diastkov\u00fa diagnostiku, \u0161pecializovan\u00fa diagnostiku, komplexn\u00fa a diferenci\u00e1lnu diagnostiku, poradenstvo, prevenciu, intervenciu, kr\u00edzov\u00fa intervenciu, terapiu, rehabilit\u00e1ciu a reeduk\u00e1ciu, zabezpe\u010dovanie kompenza\u010dn\u00fdch, reeduka\u010dn\u00fdch a \u0161peci\u00e1lnych eduka\u010dn\u00fdch pom\u00f4cok, metodick\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 a superv\u00edznu \u010dinnos\u0165 pre \u0161kolsk\u00fd podporn\u00fd t\u00edm, pedagogick\u00fdch zamestnancov, odborn\u00fdch zamestnancov a z\u00e1konn\u00fdch z\u00e1stupcov alebo z\u00e1stupcov zariadenia.<br>Poradensk\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 sa poskytuje aj z\u00e1konn\u00fdm z\u00e1stupcom det\u00ed alebo \u017eiakov, z\u00e1stupcom zariadenia, pedagogick\u00fdm zamestnancom alebo odborn\u00fdm zamestnancom.<br>Odborn\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 sa vykon\u00e1va ambulantnou formou alebo ter\u00e9nnou formou. Odborn\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 sa vykon\u00e1va ter\u00e9nnou formou najm\u00e4 v rodine, \u0161kole alebo v \u0161kolskom zariaden\u00ed.<br>Zariadenia poradenstva a prevencie maj\u00fa nezastupite\u013en\u00e9 miesto v procese implement\u00e1cie podporn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed pre deti a \u017eiakov \u0161k\u00f4l a \u0161kolsk\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed. Podporn\u00fdm opatren\u00edm je opatrenie poskytovan\u00e9 \u0161kolou alebo \u0161kolsk\u00fdm zariaden\u00edm potrebn\u00e9 na to, aby sa die\u0165a alebo \u017eiak mohli plnohodnotne zap\u00e1ja\u0165 do v\u00fdchovy a vzdel\u00e1vania a rozv\u00edja\u0165 svoje vedomosti, zru\u010dnosti a schopnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z ORGANIZA\u010cN\u00ddCH POKYNOV M\u0160VVaM SR \u201eSPRIEVODCA \u0160KOLSK\u00ddM ROKOM 2024\/2025\u201c vypl\u00fdvaj\u00fa pre CPP tieto priority:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Pri aplik\u00e1cii podporn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed zariadenia poradenstva a&nbsp;prevencie postupuj\u00fa pod\u013ea Katal\u00f3gu podporn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed, ktor\u00fd schv\u00e1lilo Ministerstvo \u0161kolstva, vedy, v\u00fdskumu a \u0161portu Slovenskej republiky pod \u010d\u00edslom 2023\/13957:1-C1661 s platnos\u0165ou od 1. septembra 2023. <a href=\"https:\/\/podporneopatrenia.minedu.sk\/katalog-podpornych-opatreni\/\">https:\/\/podporneopatrenia.minedu.sk\/katalog-podpornych-opatreni\/<\/a><br>f. Vykon\u00e1va\u0165 odborn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti v s\u00falade s v\u00fdkonov\u00fdmi a obsahov\u00fdmi \u0161tandardmi v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho poradenstva prostredn\u00edctvom podporn\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00ed prv\u00e9ho a\u017e piateho stup\u0148a. Prv\u00e9 dva stupne \u010dinnost\u00ed podpornej \u00farovne vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa PZ a OZ \u0161koly. V pr\u00edpade \u010dinnosti podpornej \u00farovne druh\u00e9ho stup\u0148a \u0161kolsk\u00fd \u0161peci\u00e1lny pedag\u00f3g a OZ \u0161koly poskytuje tieto \u010dinnosti v spolupr\u00e1ci so zariaden\u00edm poradenstva a prevencie. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minedu.sk\/standardy-odbornych-cinnosti-v-systeme-poradenstva-a-prevencie\/\">https:\/\/www.minedu.sk\/standardy-odbornych-cinnosti-v-systeme-poradenstva-a-prevencie\/<\/a><br>g. Zvy\u0161ova\u0165 dostupnos\u0165 komplexnej odbornej starostlivosti poskytovanej zariadeniami poradenstva a prevencie v rodin\u00e1ch a \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Poskytova\u0165 odborn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti nie len v priestoroch zariaden\u00ed poradenstva a prevencie, ale aj ter\u00e9nnou formou, najm\u00e4 v rodinnom prostred\u00ed v priestoroch \u0161koly alebo \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho zariadenia.<br>h. Aktualiza\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie organizuje centrum poradenstva a prevencie v s\u00falade s \u00a7 57 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019 Z. z. o pedagogick\u00fdch zamestnancoch a odborn\u00fdch zamestnancoch a o zmene a doplnen\u00ed niektor\u00fdch z\u00e1konov. \u0160kola, \u0161kolsk\u00e9 zariadenie, zariadenie soci\u00e1lnej pomoci a zria\u010fovate\u013e m\u00f4\u017ee pri organizovan\u00ed aktualiza\u010dn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania spolupracova\u0165 s poskytovate\u013emi inova\u010dn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minedu.sk\/inovacne-vzdelavanie\/\">https:\/\/www.minedu.sk\/inovacne-vzdelavanie\/<\/a> v oblasti, v ktorej m\u00e1 poskytovate\u013e inova\u010dn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania opr\u00e1vnenie na poskytovanie inova\u010dn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Ministerstvo \u010falej podporuje individu\u00e1lny profesijn\u00fd rozvoj pedagogick\u00fdch zamestnancov a odborn\u00fdch zamestnancov formou poskytovania \u00fa\u010delovo viazan\u00e9ho finan\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edspevku na profesijn\u00fd rozvoj, poskytovan\u00e9ho z prostriedkov mechanizmu Pl\u00e1nu obnovy a odolnosti Slovenskej republiky v rokoch 2022 a\u017e 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priority\/odpor\u00fa\u010dania<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministerstvo \u0161kolstva v tejto s\u00favislosti d\u00e1va do pozornosti:<br>a. Aplika\u010dn\u00e1 pom\u00f4cka k skon\u010deniu pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru so 65 ro\u010dn\u00fdm PZ alebo 65 ro\u010dn\u00fdm OZ: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minedu.sk\/30115-sk\/aplikacna-pomocka-k-praci-nadcas-pedagogickych-zamestnancov\/\">https:\/\/www.minedu.sk\/30115-sk\/aplikacna-pomocka-k-praci-nadcas-pedagogickych-zamestnancov\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Profesijn\u00fd rozvoj sa riadi pod\u013ea pl\u00e1nu profesijn\u00e9ho rozvoja (\u010falej len \u201ePPR\u201c), ktor\u00fd vypl\u00fdva zo zamerania \u0161koly, \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho zariadenia. PPR vyd\u00e1va riadite\u013e najmenej na jeden \u0161kolsk\u00fd rok a\u202fnajviac na p\u00e4\u0165 \u0161kolsk\u00fdch rokov. Po\u010das jeho platnosti ho mo\u017eno dop\u013a\u0148a\u0165 a\u202fmeni\u0165 v s\u00falade s aktu\u00e1lnymi potrebami \u0161koly, zariadenia poradenstva a&nbsp;prevencie, \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho zariadenia. Na vydanie PPR ako aj pre jeho dop\u013a\u0148anie a\u202fzmeny po\u010das jeho platnosti sa vy\u017eaduje prerokovanie v\u202fpedagogickej rade, ak je zriaden\u00e1, s\u00fahlas z\u00e1stupcov zamestnancov a\u202fschv\u00e1lenie zria\u010fovate\u013eom. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minedu.sk\/26361-sk\/profesijny-rozvoj-pedagogickych-zamestnancov-a-odbornych-zamestnancov\/\">https:\/\/www.minedu.sk\/26361-sk\/profesijny-rozvoj-pedagogickych-zamestnancov-a-odbornych-zamestnancov\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Funk\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie pozost\u00e1va zo z\u00e1kladn\u00e9ho a roz\u0161iruj\u00faceho programu funk\u010dn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania. PZ alebo OZ absolvuje z\u00e1kladn\u00fd program pred za\u010diatkom v\u00fdkonu \u010dinnosti ved\u00faceho PZ alebo ved\u00faceho OZ.
